The 18U Girls Competitive Program is designed for skilled athletes who are ready to continue competing at a high level.  This program focuses on refining advanced skills, building strategic understanding, and enhancing team dynamics.  Players will compete in both regional and provincial tournaments, facing strong competition and growing as well-rounded athletes.

Coaches will work closely with players to develop their technical abilities, mental focus, and tactical awareness, preparing them for the challenges of tournament play. While fostering individual growth and confidence on the court, the program emphasizes teamwork and contributing to the overall success of the group.  Athletes will have the opportunity to compete and play based on their dedication, attitude, and preparation throughout the season.  Playtime will be fair but not always equal.
