16U Girls

Program Description

Born between September 1, 2008 – December 31, 2009

The 16U Girls Competitive Program is designed for dedicated athletes with a strong commitment to advancing their volleyball skills and competing at a higher level. This program is ideal for players who have prior competitive experience and are looking to further refine their techniques and understanding of the game. Our focus is on advanced skill development, game strategy, and fostering teamwork to ensure athletes are fully prepared for the intensity of competitive play.

In this program, athletes will engage in training sessions that emphasize precision in core volleyball techniques such as serving, setting, hitting, and blocking. Beyond the technical aspects, we place a strong emphasis on understanding in-game tactics, positioning, and effective communication on the court, which are essential for success at this level.

Players will have the opportunity to test their skills in both regional and provincial tournaments, with travel opportunities to compete against top teams from other regions. These experiences are invaluable for athletes looking to challenge themselves and gain exposure to higher levels of play.

While playtime is distributed fairly, it is not guaranteed to be equal for all athletes and is based on team needs during competitions.

The 16U Competitive Program fosters a positive and supportive environment where athletes are encouraged to push themselves beyond their comfort zones. Our goal is to help players grow both individually and as a team, building not only their skills but also their resilience, sportsmanship, and love for the game. This program is perfect for athletes who are serious about volleyball and eager to reach their full potential.
