Program Description
Born September 1, 2009 – December 31, 2011
The 15U Girls Competitive Program is designed for athletes who are continuing or transitioning into competitive volleyball and looking to develop their skills in a structured, challenging environment. This program offers players the opportunity to refine their technical abilities, learn advanced game strategies, and experience the intensity of competition.
Players will compete in both regional and out-of-town tournaments, gaining valuable experience and learning to work effectively as part of a team. Coaches will focus on fostering growth in individual skills, such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting, while also teaching the importance of communication and teamwork on the court.
While all athletes will have opportunities to gain experience throughout the season and contribute to the team, game time will be fair but not always equal. The emphasis is on creating a positive, growth-focused environment where athletes can prepare for future competitive opportunities
