The 14U Girls Competitive Team is designed for dedicated athletes who are eager to challenge themselves and grow in a structured, competitive environment. This team offers an exciting opportunity for young players to refine their skills, deepen their understanding of the game, and develop both individually and as part of a team. With a focus on fostering competitive play, the program emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.
Athletes on this team will refine their volleyball fundamentals, including advanced techniques in serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defensive strategies. With an increased focus on positional play and tactical awareness, players will develop a deeper understanding of the game and how to adapt in dynamic match situations.
The 14U Girls Competitive Team also prioritizes personal and team growth. Athletes will enhance their communication skills, build resilience, and develop a strong sense of accountability. Through regular practices and competitive play, they’ll learn the importance of goal-setting, time management, and maintaining a positive mindset under pressure.
Off the court, players will have opportunities to build strong team bonds and represent SNVC at a regional tournament, showcasing their hard work and dedication. They’ll be part of a supportive environment that values effort, sportsmanship, and the pursuit of excellence.
