Congratulations to the three Superior North Volleyball Club athletes—Ava Botsford, Olivia Cupp, and Shya Bossineau—who proudly represented our club at the Indigenous Summer Games in Edmonton, Alberta, from August 13-18. They had the incredible opportunity to travel to Alberta and play for the Indigenous Program.
These talented young women dominated the competition, playing a total of 8 games and winning 7 of them. They entered the finals undefeated, with a perfect 7-0 record. Although they ultimately secured second place, their journey was nothing short of extraordinary.
Reflecting on her experience, Shya Bossineau shared, “It was an unforgettable experience, winning second was even more fun.”
